25% Rule on Trades 
Chad Ford reported over the weekend that the trade rules could be updated: Right now teams have to match salaries to 15%. They are talking about moving that to 25% which gives a LOT more flexibility for trades. This is just one of many potential CBA changes, but could have the biggest impact on trades. Just think of the fun that fans will have on the trade checker! Personally, I love it and I think GMs would have much greater control over their rosters with a rule like that in place.
