Credit Doc
Oh me of little faith! I let him have it when he let the team down, so I gotta give credit when he steps up. Doc's lineup shuffle took the Pacers off guard and gave us enough of an edge to make a difference. Here again, coaches have to put the team in position to win. With Walker out, Doc was faced with a difficult situation and delivered the goods.
A bad coach would have just inserted Blount into the lineup. Most coaches would have started Al Jefferson or Kendrick Perkins. Doc showed that he's an imaginitve coach and took a gutsy gamble. One of the complaints about Doc was that he didn't adjust quickly enough. Well, he answered the call this time. My hat is off to him.
